• Often used to calm feelings of anxiety and still a restless mind. Generally an up lifting essential oil.
• Diffuse with mandarin before bed to reduce stress and promote a gentle and slide into sleep.
• Remedy for an upset stomach. Add 3 -5 drops of bergamot essential oil with your Pure Valley Mist massage oil and gently massage the blend onto your stomach.
