Decade of Loyalty Giveaway — A Ten Year Thank You

As Valley Mist Natural Skincare & Wellness approaches ten years, I’ve been reflecting on what has made this journey possible.

This little brand has grown through kindness, community, and the support of people like you — through every order, every shop visit, and every message over the years.

To say thank you in a meaningful way, I’m so happy to share our Decade of Loyalty Giveaway.

The Prize

One winner will receive a truly special thank-you gift:

A weekend stay in a beautiful wooden cabin in the Lake District (Autumn 2026)
Plus a selection hamper of Valley Mist products
There will also be:

Second Prize: a curated Valley Mist bundle
Third Prize: a mystery bundle of Valley Mist favourites.

How Entries Work

There are three ways to receive entries into the prize draw:

A) Automatic Entry for Past Customers (50 Entries)

As a heartfelt thank you, anyone who has made a purchase from Valley Mist online or in-store before 23:59 on 14 February 2026 will automatically receive:50 entries per transaction

No action is required — you are already included.

Automatic entry is available only where we hold sufficient customer details to allocate entries.

B) New Purchases During the Giveaway (10 Entries)

From 00:01 on 15 February 2026 until 23:59 on 16 November 2026, each new order placed online or in-store will receive:

10 entries per order

If an order is returned or refunded, the associated entries will be removed.

C) Free In-Store Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, you may visit our physical shop during opening hours before 23:59 on 15 November 2026 and complete an official entry form.

Each completed form provides one (1) entry.
One free entry per person.

Important Notes

Entries are allocated per transaction/order, not per item.
Customers can request confirmation of their entry total at any time by emailing us at info@valleymist.co.uk. We aim to respond to all entry queries within 7 days.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random using an independent online random number generator on or after:

17th November 2026

The winner will be contacted directly via the email address or phone number held on record within 7 days.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
