Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch orders Tuesday to Friday on a first-come, first-served basis, and most orders leave us within 1–3 working days. During our busiest periods — such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and sale events — this may extend to around 5 working days. We always appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep things moving!

How is my order shipped?

All small parcel orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, so you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Is delivery free?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £35. For orders under £35, a standard shipping charge will be shown at checkout. Please note that free delivery applies to UK addresses only.

Can I return my order?

We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition. Please contact us at info@valleymist.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, except where items arrive damaged or faulty.

What items can't be returned?

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare, balm, or lip balm products
  • Intimate or personal care items — unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Who pays for return shipping?

Return postage is at your expense. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We reserve the right to deduct from any refund if an item is returned in a lesser condition.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please get in touch at info@valleymist.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the fault or damage. We'll offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
