Refund policy
Returns
We gladly accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, except where items arrive damaged or faulty (see below).
Items that cannot be returned Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare, balm, or lip balm products
- Intimate or personal care items — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Faulty or damaged items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days and we will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return shipping Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We reserve the right to deduct from any refund if the item is returned in a lesser condition.
