Free UK Mainland Delivery Enjoy free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders over £35. Orders under £35 are charged at our standard Royal Mail rates, displayed at checkout.
Delivery Options We ship all orders via Royal Mail using tracked services. At checkout you can choose from:
- 1st Class Royal Mail — 1–2 business days (£4.80 on orders under £35; free on orders £35 and over)
- 2nd Class Royal Mail — 3–5 business days (£3.75)
Dispatch Times We dispatch orders Tuesday to Friday on a first-come, first-served basis, and most orders leave us within 1–3 working days. During busy periods — such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and sale events — this may extend to around 5 working days. We always appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep things moving!
