At Valley Mist, we believe packaging should not be single-use.

Our glass return system allows you to send back your empty bottles and jars so they can be cleaned, refilled and used again — helping reduce waste and extend the life of every container.

How It Works
1. Use Your Products

Enjoy your Valley Mist products as normal. Many of our formulations are packaged in reusable glass bottles and jars.

2. Save Your Empties

Keep your empty containers and store them safely until you have several ready to return.

3. Send Them Back

Request a return label and send your glass back to us by post, or return it in-store if you are local.

4. Receive a Like-for-Like Product

For every 5 matching containers returned, you’ll receive a complimentary product of the same type.

For example, return 5 of the same item and receive that product again — helping you continue your routine while supporting a more circular system.

Returns must be like-for-like (the same product type) to qualify.

5. We Clean & Reuse

All returned glass is carefully cleaned, checked and prepared for reuse in future batches.

We encourage customers to return multiple items at once.
Sending glass in bulk helps reduce packaging, transport impact and overall carbon footprint.

We Wash & Refill

Every returned bottle is carefully cleaned, checked and prepared for reuse in our next batch. Closing the loop, one bottle at a time.

  8. Reward products are issued once returned items have been received and checked
