All Valley Mist products that come in glass bottles can be returned to us in store all year round for washing and reuse. Closing the gap on yet another area of waste for our products.

How Does It Work?

Return 5 empty containers of the same product and receive that product again, completely free. No vouchers, no points — just a genuine thank you.

You Use It

Enjoy your Valley Mist products as normal. When your glass bottle or jar is empty, set it aside.

You Send It Back

Request a free return label and send your empties back to us by post, or drop them in store if you are local.

Return 5, Receive 1 Free

For every 5 matching containers returned with labels intact, we will send you that product completely free. Like-for-like, no catches.

We Wash & Refill

Every returned bottle is carefully cleaned, checked and prepared for reuse in our next batch. Closing the loop, one bottle at a time.

Returning by Post

We encourage customers to return multiple items at once. Sending glass in bulk helps reduce packaging, transport impact and overall carbon footprint.

Please package items securely to avoid breakage in transit. Cleaning is not required before returning — we take care of that.
