We have already brought forward our last postage dates for Christmas compared to previous years. We will be shipping to the 17th of December as recommended by Royal Mail but please note we are already seeing delays of up to 10 days on first class postage! It seems to depend where you are in the country but it’s worth mentioning.
Once your order is shipped, there is not much we can do about it. We choose to send most of your deliveries first class with Royal Mail. There is no tracking with this service but it keeps prices low for you the customer. If you would like to upgrade please drop us an email on [email protected] and we can offer you an upgrade on postage option if we can fit it in.
Closing For Christmas
We will close operations on Monday 21st December, reopening on 28th December. Any orders made during this time will be processed once we are back to work.
Wholesale Orders
We closed for wholesale orders on the 7th December, and will reopen for wholesale on the 28th December 2020.
Stock Levels
We are low on all stock at the moment due to a surge in new stockists, which is fabulous considering we have spent a big fat zero …. £0.00 on advertising in 2020!!! Just brilliant. So a huge thank you for all the words of love and recommendations you have all been sharing. Thank you so much.
