Natural Eczema Balm

Are you looking for a Natural Eczema Balm, made from 100% natural and mostly Organic ingredients?

Eczema Care

Lots of people suffer from eczema, whether itโ€™s long-term or short-term, recurring or a one-off, and there can be all sorts of different triggers for different people. For me, I know that two of the biggest causes of eczema flare ups for myself are stress and cold weather. Now that the weather is colder and Iโ€™m beginning to feel those flare ups again I thought it would be a good idea to share my favourite form of eczema care with you, in the hope it might help any of you that have the same problem.

Valley Mist Baby Balm – excellent for use as a natural eczema balm!

Natural Eczema Relief

Eczema care can be tricky and will usually be a case of trying several things and seeing what you find works best for you. Personally, I have found that the most effective eczema treatment for me is the Valley Mist Baby Balm. Although the Baby Balm itself was not designed as an eczema treatment and does not contain any medical products within it, many customers have found that it was highly effective in soothing their eczema and promoting the bodyโ€™s natural healing.

100% Natural and Mostly Organic

The Baby Balm is a 100% natural and mostly organic balm that starts out with quite a firm texture before melting and softening upon contact with the skin, a little like coconut oil. Made using organic sunflower oil, organic shea butter and organic beeswax, the Baby Balm is extremely rich and luxurious in texture, instantly soothing the skin and maximising the skinโ€™s natural protective properties.

Natural Eczema Balm – With Calendula & Rosehip Oil

Additionally, the Baby Balm contains healing calendula oil and restorative rosehip oil to help provide the skin with an extra healing boost. Calendula oil is derived from marigolds and has amazing anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial properties that make it an excellent product for soothing skin conditions like eczema and nappy rash. Speaking of nappy rash, it is worth noting that the Baby Balm is gentle enough to use as eczema care for babies as well as adults! More information about how calendula oil works and itโ€™s benefits can be found here, if you would like to know more!

There are two options when purchasing the Baby Balm – the original balm with only calendula and rosehip oil, or the soothing balm with added lavender and frankincense essential oils for a relaxing scent.

A Layer Of Protection

At this time of year especially, but also just whenever I feel as though my skin needs a little bit of extra love and care, I love to apply the Baby Balm to the driest areas of my skin (usually my elbows!) first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This provides my skin with just that extra layer of protection both day and night. However, it is important to note that the Baby Balm is for external use only and so should not be used on broken skin.

Natural Eczema Balm

As I mentioned before, the Baby Balm does not contain any medical eczema treatments and so if your eczema is severe then it is always advisable to seek advice from a medical professional. But if you are just looking for something to soothe your skin and provide that little extra bit of protection, especially during the winter months, then this is the product for you!
