Where are the products made?
We make our products by hand from our lab at Charnock Farm in Lancashire, England. For full address please see contact page.
How long does delivery take?
We can usually dispatch all orders from our online shop within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri). All orders are shipped first class as standard. You can upgrade to UPS shipping should you like to have full control of your delivery.
What are your shop opening times?
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 11.30 – 16.00
Wednesday: 11.30 – 17.30
Thursday: 11.30 – 18.30

Your shop is beautiful, is it true it has been created from recycled and up-cycled materials?
Our shop is the creation of interior stylist Claire Lawlor. Claire has sourced everything in the shop second hand and has saved so many items from landfill. There are only three items in the shop that have been bought as new! You can find Claire at Claire Lawlor
I'm having trouble pushing the lip balm up out of the paper tube
Your lip balm is 100% natural and so is sensitive to temperature, if the ambient temperature is a little cool please read the full HOW TO on our journal page. Follow the how to link for tip and lip balm care advice. Living sustainably is never going to be an easy and convenient option, whatever sustainable changes you choose to make there is always going to be a getting used-to period, we have to start putting our planet first.
What happen to the your beautiful cleansing cream?
Sadly we discontinued our 2 in 1 cleansing and moisturising cream back in May 2021 for a number of reasons.
Are all of your products vegan
The original lip balms contain beeswax.
The cleansing grains contain coconut milk powder- Coconut milk powder requires the use of a milk enzyme.
Our application to the trusted Vegan Society rejected this product. It’s reassuring and good to know the detail that The Vegan Society go in to isn’t it.
As beekeepers or rather we like to think of ourselves as bee-caretakers, part of the reason Valley Mist exists is down to our bees and so, no not all of our products are vegan.
