These Terms & Conditions apply to the Valley Mist Decade of Loyalty Giveaway. Please read them carefully before entering.

The promoter is Valley Mist Skincare & Wellness, Unit 5 Charnock Farm, Leyland, Lancashire, PR25 5DA, United Kingdom (“Valley Mist”).
Eligibility
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
The following are not eligible to enter:
- Employees of Valley Mist
- Immediate family members of employees
- Anyone professionally connected with this promotion
Promotion Period
The promotion runs as follows:
- Past Customer Automatic Entry Cut-Off: Purchases made before 23:59 on 14 February 2026
- New Purchase Entry Period: From 00:01 on 15 February 2026 until 23:59 on 16 November 2026
- Free In-Store Entry Deadline: By 23:59 on 15 November 2026
How to Enter
There are three ways to receive entries into the prize draw:
1: Automatic Entry for Past Customers (50 Entries)
As a thank you for your support, anyone who made a purchase from Valley Mist (online or in-store) before 23:59 on 14 February 2026 will automatically receive:
50 entries per transaction
No further action is required.
Automatic entry is available only where Valley Mist holds sufficient customer details to allocate entries.
2: Entry via New Purchase (10 Entries)
Any customer who places a new order (online or in-store) during the New Purchase Entry Period will receive:
10 entries per order
If an order is returned or refunded, the associated entries will be removed.
3: Free In-Store Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, you may visit the Valley Mist shop during opening hours before 23:59 on 15 November 2026 and complete an official entry form.
Each completed form provides one (1) entry.
One free entry per person.
The Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A weekend cabin stay in the a 5 star lake front holiday park in the Lake District for up to four (4) people
- A three-night stay in a pre-selected wooden cabin (details confirmed with the winner)
The prize does not include:
- Travel or transportation
- Meals or drinks
- Travel insurance
- Spending money
- Any other personal expenses
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The stay must be booked and taken by 31 December 2028, subject to availability.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using an independent online random number generator on or after:
17 November 2026
The winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number held on record within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Valley Mist reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data will be used only for the purposes of administering this prize draw, including entry allocation and winner notification, in accordance with Valley Mist’s Privacy Policy:
The winner agrees to the publication of their first name and county only in any winner announcement. No further personal details will be shared.
General
- Valley Mist’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Valley Mist reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend this promotion where necessary.
- Valley Mist is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures.
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to do anything if I’ve purchased from Valley Mist before?
No. If you made a purchase online or in-store before 23:59 on 14 February 2026, you are automatically entered with 50 entries per transaction, as long as we hold sufficient customer details to allocate your entries
How do I receive entries for new purchases?
Each new order placed online or in-store between 15 February 2026 and 16 November 2026 will receive 10 entries per order.
Entries are allocated per transaction/order, not per item.
What happens if I return or refund an order?
If an order is returned or refunded, the entries associated with that transaction will be removed from the prize draw. This helps keep the giveaway fair for everyone.
Can I enter without making a purchase?
Yes. You can enter for free by visiting our physical shop during opening hours before 23:59 on 15 November 2026 and completing an official entry form.
Each completed form provides one (1) entry. One free entry per person.
Can I check how many entries I have?
Yes. You can request confirmation of your entry total at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all entry queries within 7 days
